These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the wist.studio website and Plesso application (“Website” or “Service”) and any of its related products and services (collectively, “Services”). This Agreement is legally binding between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and this Website operator (“Operator”, “we”, “us” or “our”). If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this agreement, in which case the terms “User”, “you” or “your” shall refer to such entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with the terms of this agreement, you must not accept this agreement and may not access and use the Website and Services. By accessing and using the Website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. You acknowledge that this Agreement is a contract between you and the Operator, even though it is electronic and is not physically signed by you, and it governs your use of the Website and Services.

Accounts and subscriptions

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its security, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it. We may, but have no obligation to, monitor and review new accounts before you may sign in and start using the Services. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other security breaches. We will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.

Billing and payments

You shall pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. Where Services are offered on a free trial basis, payment may be required after the free trial period ends, and not when you enter your billing details (which may be required prior to the commencement of the free trial period). If auto-renewal is enabled for the Services you have subscribed for, you will be charged automatically in accordance with the term you selected. If, in our judgment, your purchase constitutes a high-risk transaction, we will require you to provide us with a copy of your valid government-issued photo identification, and possibly a copy of a recent bank statement for the credit or debit card used for the purchase. We reserve the right to change products and product pricing at any time.

To use our Services registration is not required, but to download and use Plesso App you must sign in with your Apple ID or Google ID. Relevant rules of Apple Inc. and Google Inc. respectively located at: https://www.apple.com/itunes and https://play.google.com/store apply. If you use a Provider other than listed above, you are subject to the terms and conditions of that Provider. Please contact your Provider in connection with any issues regarding your account.

The Plesso application offers a Premium subscription that grants you access to additional features. You can purchase and/or subscribe to Premium or other paid products. By paying the subscription fee, you get access to Premium content when your subscription is valid, subject to these Terms and Conditions. You may at any time terminate your membership, in which case your membership will still be valid for the subscription time you have already paid for. We reserve the right to change the subscription fees from time to time. Users who purchase subscriptions for the Plesso App through the App Store, the Google Play store, or other Providers are governed by the terms and conditions of the Provider. Please contact your Provider with any issues regarding payments, renewals, and refunds.

If you have subscribed to Premium through the use of App Store, Google Play Store or any other Provider, using in-app purchase, you can only cancel your subscription through the use of their services. We cannot access your billing information and cannot issue a refund. To request a refund or discuss other issues regarding the subscription, please get in touch with the Provider. You can choose to cancel/end your account at any time by contacting the Provider.
