How many guided audio sessions are there

Currently, Plesso includes over 3 hours of guided audio sessions, with new content added every week.

How many journal prompts are there?

You'll find 150+ guided journaling prompts across 30+ topics — designed to help you reflect, understand, and process emotions. More prompts are added regularly.

How many affirmations are there?

There are over 200 affirmations to help boost confidence, self-worth, and positivity.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime directly in your App Store settings. After cancellation, you'll continue to have access until the end of your billing cycle.

Is my data safe in Plesso?

Absolutely. Your data stays private and secure — stored locally on your device, never sold or shared. We only use your email address for sign-in.

Does Plesso support iCloud backup?

Not yet, but we're working on it! iCloud backup will be available in a future update.

Can anyone else read my journal entries?

No. Your journal entries are completely private and only visible to you. We do not have access to them, and they are never shared with third parties.

Can I use Face ID, Touch ID, or a passcode?

Not yet, but data protection features like Face ID, Touch ID, and passcode lock are coming soon.
